DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed after 11AM (RO time) will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed after 11AM (RO time) on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.

Business days are Monday to Friday, except National Holidays and excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.

We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard 2-3 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
  • Please allow approximately 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures) for tracking information to update since shipping companies across Romania are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 protocols and high package volume. The shipper may deny that they have received your package, until the first scan occurs. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience during this unusual time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Our international shipping partners does not accept P.O. Box delivery addresses. All international orders require a verifiable physical shipping address.

For international orders there may be COD charges based on destination country.

Standard 3 – 12 days.

Weekend delivery is not available.

For other countries than Romania you will receive the shipping rate during the invoicing process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs offices in some countries require the recipient to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
